We can accommodate small and large groups (up to 50 people) in the Conference/Classroom. Availability to rent out the Conference/Classroom by the hour for Birthday’s, Holiday Parties, Team Building Exercises, or any other events. Customers will have the opportunity to rent out various lanes on the 25 and 100-yard bays, to take their group out to the range for shooting and friendly competition that can be set up by WGC staff. We will allow groups to cater in food and drinks (no alcohol) for their events. We will also offer private instructional classes for groups interested in training and education. Basic Pistol/Ladies Basic Pistol With NSSF First Shots

The Basic Pistol class is offered as a coed or Ladies Only course that focuses on firearm safety, the fundamentals of handgun marksmanship, storage and proper handling of handguns. In this class Wyoming Gun Company provides rental firearms, paper targets, eye and ear protection. This class will qualify the student for a Wyoming Concealed Carry Permit which will be issued by the state after the application process is completed. 6–8-hour class with a 1-hour lunch break.

Pistol I/Ladies Only Pistol I

The Pistol Level I class is offered as a coed or Ladies Only course that focuses on firearm safety, the fundamentals of handgun marksmanship, how to carry a gun, how to perform a tactical reload and reload from slide lock, Clearing malfunctions, holsters, clothing and other equipment considerations. This class is geared toward more experience shooters that don’t have formal training and are looking to increase their proficiency. This class will qualify the student for a Wyoming Concealed Carry Permit which will be issued by the state after the application process is completed. 6–8-hour class with a 1-hour lunch break.

Pistol II/Ladies Only Pistol II

Pistol Level II is an intermediate class. The Pistol Level I course is required before signing up for level II. This class covers avoidance, Legal self-defense, talking to law enforcement, advanced handgun skills such as, moving and shooting, shooting from cover and concealment, low light shooting, target identification, situational awareness, addressing multiple threats and a final test to gauge what the student needs to improve on. 6–8-hour long class with a 1-hour lunch break.

Self Defense: Low Light Shooting

This is an Intermediate class. Pistol level I or equivalent is recommended before signing up. This class is taught on a weekday in the evening and covers several types of visible light discipline, fundamentals of marksmanship while using a hand-held flashlight or weapons mounted lights, re-loading with light discipline, and clearing malfunctions.

Home Defense: Close Range Shooting

This course is a close quarter battle style course that covers shooting from a position of retention at closer distances, palm strikes, throat grabs, moving into a close-range shooting position, falling onto your back, shooting from your back, as well as getting up into a position of advantage.

Pistol Level III

Pistol Level III is a fast-paced class taught on the range only. The student will be introduced to the wet re-load, one handed manipulation(s) and malfunction reduction, along with blind side shooting. This exciting class that elaborates more on movements, threat identification, shooting positions, barricades, and ends on an optional standards test. This is an advanced class. Pistol Level II is recommended before taking this class. But is open to experienced shooters.

Intro to Long Range Precision Rifle Shooting

This will help the student make sure their equipment is properly set up, and zeroed, along with setting up a dope chart to get velocities. This class is completed in the 100 yard range.
Day two will consist of Shooting at varying distances up to 1000 yards.

Defensive Carbine

This is an intermediate class. A basic firearm course is required before signing up for this class. (minimum of Basic Pistol). This course will cover talking to the police, situational awareness, offsets, battle sight zero, carbine torture test, malfunction(s) clearance, reloads, transition to secondary firearms, cover and concealment, target identification, target acquisition, carbine maintenance, and a final.

Legal Self Defense: The Justice System

This is a three-part class taught once a month on a weekday during the evening. The first class covers defining when to use lethal force through the deadly force triad, talking to law enforcement, when to call 911, Disparities of deadly force, and furtive movements. The second class covers standards of proof, burdens of proof, the production of evidence through the five elements of self-defense. The third class covers, the justice system pipeline, the difference between a hard and soft stand your ground state, castle doctrine, Defining a home, and the defense of property and others.
